This is a favorite of my daughter. Quick, simple summertime salad!
Strawberry Spinach Salad
1 bag spinach/carrot mix, ( or baby spinach)
1 lb strawberries, sliced
Dressing
1/2cup olive oil (rosemary infused oil is nice too)
1/2cup sugar
1/4cup white wine vinegar
1/4TB paprika
2TB Sesame seeds
Mix dressing; slice strawberries; toss spinach and strawberries, add dressing to taste.
