Oven Baked Chicken

Pretty simple recipe, a variation of Easy, Peasy Chicken in a previous post.

large pkg of drumsticks
2/3 cup bisquik
1 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp black pepper
2 tbsp grated parmesan
1 cup 2% milk
2 eggs
2 tbsp margarine

Mix eggs and milk; soak chicken in milk .

Heat oven to 425 degrees. Spray baking sheet with PAM. Slightly melt margarine in dish while preparing coating.

Stir together bisquik, onion powder, cayenne/black pepper and parmesan in plastic bag. Coat chicken and place on baking sheet with melted margaine. Bake about 35 minutes, turning halfway through. Time depends on thickness of chicken pieces.
